UCSD Research Opportunity 60+ (San Diego) (San Diego)
Hi all!
I’m helping with a UC San Diego research study focused on understanding how older adults seek support and talk about mental health concerns.
We’re looking for adults in or around San Diego who are currently experiencing anxiety or depression along with thoughts that life is not worth living. The goal of this study is to better understand what helps (or gets in the way of) seeking support, so we can improve resources for older adults.
You may be eligible if you:
-Are 60 years or older
-Have experienced depression or anxiety
-Currently have thoughts that life is not worth living
-Have never been diagnosed with a psychotic disorder
-Are able to provide informed consent and speak English
-Participation and responses are kept confidential.
If you or someone you know may be interested, feel free to fill out our general interest form here: https://my.ctri.ucsd.edu/surveys/?s=7HJ9FJ7J8RPRK3J9
Thank you!
