This survey is a follow-up to the Educational Web Video Study. This follow-up is designed to gather information about your current beliefs about blood donation and gather accurate data about study participants' blood donation behavior in the past 30 days. We are interested in both the number of individuals who did not donate blood and the number of individuals who did donate blood. Please fill out all of the following questions completely and honestly.

  Syracuse University is conducting a study on stressful events and alcohol and substance use. Participation would involve completing surveys and interview assessments for 2 hours with the research team.   You can participate online or in-person in Syracuse, NY.   If you are 18 – 65 years old, drink alcohol, have experienced a stressful life event, agree to consent to audio recording, live within the U.S. and have a valid email address, you may be eligible to participate!
