Virtual Health Care - How is technology helping people in healthcare? $25
Virtual healthcare is widely used in Australia. It includes having appointments online and being able to access medical information online such as tests, results and medications.
The Smarter Hospitals project wants to look at how effective virtual healthcare can be for different people. Researchers at Macquarie University are inviting people to take part in an interview and to share their experiences.
Are looking for people with lived experience of:
Group 1: People living with two or more health conditions in regional, rural and remote areas
Group 2: People who identify as being from a Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD)* backgrounds and accessing cancer services as a patient or carer
Group 3: A healthcare clinician providing care to people in these groups
*By CALD we mean people who were born outside Australia, have at least one parent born outside Australia, or speak a language other than English at home.
