WILL I BE COMPENSATED FOR PARTICIPATING IN THIS STUDY?

Participants who complete the survey will be eligible to enter a draw for one of two $50 Everything gift cards. Participation in the draw is optional. To be entered, you must provide your name and email address. The draw will take place after the study closes, and winners will be notified by email and provided a link to claim their gift card. 


Only participants who complete the full survey will be eligible for the draw.

Incidental findings are not anticipated as a result of the study.

Paid Research Study on Alcohol, Substance Use, and Stress through Syracuse University

  Syracuse University is conducting a study on stressful events and alcohol and substance use. Participation would involve completing surveys and interview assessments for 2 hours with the research team.   You can participate online or in-person in Syracuse, NY.   If you are 18 – 65 years old, drink alcohol, have experienced a stressful life event, agree to consent to audio recording, live within the U.S. and have a valid email address, you may be eligible to participate!
