THE 5 THINGS TO CHECK BEFORE APPLYING. MUST READ!

Are you approaching paid research the right way?

Today, here's one simple habit that can immediately improve the way you look at research opportunities.

Don't look at the payment first. Look at the opportunity.
Before applying to any paid survey, focus group or research study, check these 5 things:
1️⃣ FIT
Does your real experience match what the researcher is looking for?
2️⃣ TIME
How long will the study actually take?
Remember to consider preparation, travel or follow-up tasks if applicable.
3️⃣ REQUIREMENTS
What exactly will you be expected to do?
Survey? Interview? Focus group? Product test? Multiple sessions?
4️⃣ TRUST
Who is conducting the research?
Look at the original study information and make sure you understand who you're dealing with.
5️⃣ PAYMENT TERMS
Don't just look at “$100” or “$200.”
Understand when and how compensation is expected to be provided and whether there are completion requirements.

Here's the mindset shift: A $300 study that isn't a genuine match for you isn't necessarily a better opportunity than a $75 study that fits your experience perfectly.

The goal isn't to apply to everything.
The goal is to become better at recognizing which opportunities deserve your time.

Tomorrow, I'll share one of the biggest mistakes participants make when trying to qualify for paid research.
And trust me, you may have done this one before.
