Seeking Participants for a Paid Research Study (Denver, Colorado)

 Effects of Full-Spectrum Cannabidiol on Alcohol Consumption and Alcohol Use Disorder Phenotypes: Implications for Precision Medicine

 

Curious how CBD may impact your alcohol use? Join the “CAP” Study!

The purpose of this research study is to learn more about how cannabidiol (CBD) impacts alcohol use in people who drink alcohol regularly. 

What happens if you join the study? 

Your study participation will last around 13 weeks, involving 5 visits to the Anschutz Medical Campus, weekly phone check-ins, brief daily surveys, and 8 weeks of daily study medication. 

 You may be eligible to participate if you: 

1.     Are 21-65 years old  

2.     Have previously used cannabis  

3.     Drink alcohol regularly  

4. Live in or near the Denver Metro Area

 

Not everyone will be eligible to participate, other study eligibility criteria will be assessed by the study team.
