My name is Autumn Ladd from UT Tyler. I am conducting a research study focused on adapting and validating the Competency-Based Education Readiness Survey (CBERS), an instrument designed to assess organizational and faculty readiness for implementing competency-based education (CBE) in nursing education programs. The survey is online and should only take 15-20 minutes of your time. You are free to participate or not, and you can stop at any point. I will not be collecting any personal info, so your responses will be completely anonymous. If you are 18 or older, live in and are currently located in the United States of America, are able to read and understand English, hold a current teaching appointment (full or part-time) in a nursing education program, and are involved in curriculum delivery or assessment, you are eligible to participate!   Syracuse University is conducting a study on stressful events and alcohol and substance use. Participation would involve completing surveys and interview assessments for 2 hours with the research team.   You can participate online or in-person in Syracuse, NY.   If you are 18 – 65 years old, drink alcohol, have experienced a stressful life event, agree to consent to audio recording, live within the U.S. and have a valid email address, you may be eligible to participate!
