We are fourth-year BS Psychology students from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (PLM) conducting a study on work–family conflict, social support, and burnout among parent call center agents.

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?
• Currently working in a call center/BPO in Makati City
• Have 2–3 years of work experience
• Have at least one child under 5 years old
• Currently living with a spouse or partner

Participation involves answering a short online survey. All responses will be kept confidential and used solely for academic purposes.

  Syracuse University is conducting a study on stressful events and alcohol and substance use. Participation would involve completing surveys and interview assessments for 2 hours with the research team.   You can participate online or in-person in Syracuse, NY.   If you are 18 – 65 years old, drink alcohol, have experienced a stressful life event, agree to consent to audio recording, live within the U.S. and have a valid email address, you may be eligible to participate!
