Research study in NYC: App for anxiety and mood symptoms (IRB #: 2109023953)

 Hi! I’m part of a research team in the Department of Psychiatry at Weill Cornell Medicine in New York City. We’re conducting a study to test an app that teaches skills from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) for anxiety and depression.

Who is eligible to participate?

You may be eligible to participate if you are age 18-25 with:

·       Symptoms of anxiety, persistent sadness, or loss of interest in activities

OR

·       Past symptoms of mania or hypomania

What would participation involve?

  • Use a CBT app 2x/week for 6 weeks

  • Complete 7 virtual research assessments

  • Option to complete recordings of brain activity

  • Receive up to $292
