We are in the final weeks of hosting an in-person research study in Redmond, WA, focused on natural responses and interaction with wearable devices.

No prior experience is required, and a friendly moderator will guide you through the whole session.

The Essentials:

  • Payout: $75 e-Gift Card

  • Time: 1 Hour (During normal Business hours)

  • Location: Redmond, WA (In-Person)

  • Key Requirement: Must wear prescription glasses or contact lenses!

What to Expect: You’ll participate in a guided session interacting with a wearable device. During the study, you will remove your glasses or contacts to use the study device, which will have lens inserts customized to your prescription. All equipment is provided.

Tester Requirements: • Must be at least 18 years old and fluent in English • Able to travel to Redmond, WA • Provide your prescription details in advance • Present a valid physical government-issued ID (No screenshots/photocopies; TX or IL IDs cannot be accepted due to state privacy laws) • No history of neurological deficits or extreme motion sickness

  Syracuse University is conducting a study on stressful events and alcohol and substance use. Participation would involve completing surveys and interview assessments for 2 hours with the research team.   You can participate online or in-person in Syracuse, NY.   If you are 18 – 65 years old, drink alcohol, have experienced a stressful life event, agree to consent to audio recording, live within the U.S. and have a valid email address, you may be eligible to participate!
