 We're looking for people with residential mortgages to take part in paid market research for a financial organisation about mortgage communications. You’ll be invited to an online platform where you’ll review materials you might receive from a bank, such as letters, emails, and leaflets, then share your feedback through a mix of short videos and written responses.

Here are the main details you need to know:

Online Community

From home, Tues 8th - Wed 16th Sep

2.5 hours at home | £75 GiftPay or Amazon Voucher

All participants:

  1. Are required to attend a 10-minute briefing call with a researcher ahead of the online community

  2. Start the online community on Tues 8th Sep and complete by Wed 16th Sep.

  3. Log on to the community on Tues 8th Sep to complete the introduction task.

  4. Commit to logging on at least 4 times over the 8 days, for appx. 20-30 minutes each time.

May be invited to a 30-minute online interview between Wed 16th - Thurs 17th Sep

  Syracuse University is conducting a study on stressful events and alcohol and substance use. Participation would involve completing surveys and interview assessments for 2 hours with the research team.   You can participate online or in-person in Syracuse, NY.   If you are 18 – 65 years old, drink alcohol, have experienced a stressful life event, agree to consent to audio recording, live within the U.S. and have a valid email address, you may be eligible to participate!
