Flood to Flourish – Community Resilience Assessment Survey: Express Your Interest (Traralgon) $30

Flood to Flourish is a project that works with flood-affected communities to support community-led action for recovery and to improve community wellbeing. We are now beginning a community disaster resilience assessment and we want to hear from you.

We are conducting community surveys to find out where your community's disaster resilience strengths and challenges are, so that we can continue to work with you to strengthen your community's resilience to flooding. Your input will help identify what is already working well and where there are gaps, so that communities can lead action into the future.

Is this survey for me? The survey will be applicable for people who live within the community boundaries shown on the map below.

What happens next? A member of the Flood to Flourish team will be in touch to arrange a time to complete the survey, either over the phone or in person. The survey takes approximately 15–20 minutes to complete.

As a thank you for your time, participants will receive a $30 gift voucher upon completion.

Your privacy - All survey responses are anonymous. Your contact details provided in this form will only be used to organise your participation, stored securely on Monash University servers, and cannot be linked to your survey responses in any way. Participation is completely voluntary.

  Syracuse University is conducting a study on stressful events and alcohol and substance use. Participation would involve completing surveys and interview assessments for 2 hours with the research team.   You can participate online or in-person in Syracuse, NY.   If you are 18 – 65 years old, drink alcohol, have experienced a stressful life event, agree to consent to audio recording, live within the U.S. and have a valid email address, you may be eligible to participate!
