Flinders University researchers are seeking participants for the ALERT Study: Accessing Light Exposure for Road Transport
How does light affect your ability to drive after a night shift?
Help us find out. We’re looking for adults aged 18 – 40 to take part in our research study at Flinders University Health and Medical Research Institute Sleep Health facility.
You'll be asked to:
✨Complete online/phone screening and an in-person initial meeting (~2 hours)
✨Wear sleep and light monitoring devices for up to ~4 weeks at home
✨Complete 2 x ~13-hour laboratory visits at FHRMI Sleep Health facility
You will be compensated up for $800 for your time and effort and will receive a personalised report on your own sleep and light patterns.
